Clearly Ahead Development Energy Building
The Clearly Ahead Energy Complex was constructed in 2011 and has available spaces for lease. The Energy Complex has five suites with sizes of 3,235 square feet, 3,775 square feet, 4,100 square feet, 4,265 square feet, and 4,405 square feet. Each suite consists of drive-through loading and unloading with overhead doors on each side on the space. The building has the capacity to hold a 10-ton overhead crane with ceiling heights ranging from 10’-22’. The Energy Complex has ample park and staging areas on site. Each suite also has a full sprinkler system, compressed air, and office space. This complex is located less than three miles from Exit 120 of Interstate 80.

Located in DuBois, PA, the Sandy Multi-Tenant Complex is a 21,256 square foot building with 7 industrial suites and 1 office-style suite. Cameron Surface Systems, Apria Healthcare and Double D Tool are two present tenants of the complex. This complex offers many amenities for an industrial style business including:

Clearfield County Alliance Park
The Clearfield County Alliance Park (CCAP) is located in Clearfield, PA approximately 3 miles from exit 120 of Interstate 80. The building was the former home to Berg Electronics. Clearly Ahead Development is the current owners of the CCAP. The CCAP is 88,000 square feet with city water and sewage. Four loading docks accompany the building.
