RigMonkeyApp.com is Clearly Ahead Development’s real-estate website showcasing over 80 available commercial & industrial properties in Clearfield County.  Since the website’s launch in August 2011, Clearly Ahead developed an application that would give users the ability to search these listings no matter where they were at.  On June 11, 2012, Clearly Ahead  officially launched the Rig Monkey mobile application available through the Apple Store for IPhone & IPad.

The application is downloaded easily by searching “Rig Monkey” in the respective app store.  The app has the same desirable features as the website including the supermap.  Users have the ability to search for properties via property type, building size, and location.  Tapping the “All Listings” button will retrieve the complete list of properties on the website, sorted alphabetically from A-Z by default.  With the simple tap of a button, you have the option to sort by “Lot Size”, “Building Size”, or “Title”.  Contact information for Clearly Ahead, including email, is also available at the touch of a button.

The Rig Monkey Mobile Application is the newest tool Clearly Ahead is using to promote economic development in Clearfield County.  Clearly Ahead Development encourages all owners of vacant commercial & industrial properties in the county to submit them for free listing on RigMonkeyApp.com.  Simply visit  RigMonkeyApp.com create a login username and password and click on the “Submit a Property” tab at the top!
